In 2007 The Malta Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise embarked on a project to ensure that it would adequately mark the formal endorsement of Malta’s application to adopt the euro on January 1, 2008.  ‘Euro Business’ was a high quality manual and guide for the business community aimed to serve as a practical tool in the final months leading to the adoption of the euro on January 1. It was also aimed to serve as a commemorative publication specifically geared towards businesses. Euro Business was distributed to all members of the Chamber, distributed free with The Malta Business Weekly on July 12 and free to leading CEOs, MDs and GMs.
